Use WorkflowGen as a stand-alone engine to automatically trigger and perform large volumes of system actions within an IT ecosystem made up of multiple applications.
An Agent is a type of action that waits for a specific event (SQL alert, API alert, etc...). When this event occurs, the agent is able to automatically trigger a WorkflowGen process, and will then wait again for a new event.
The Agent can replace all applications external to WorkflowGen (Windows services, scheduled tasks, etc...).
